Park Progress, another two weeks on...

Two weeks have slipped by since the most recent Park Progress post and upgrades have continued steadily. Major ongoing projects include the Clubhouse gardens and cleanup on Phase II. Both of these are well advanced and progress has become incremental rather than dramatic, as each begin to wind down. 
Signs of Spring abound around the park - most of the frost-browned grass is now green again, the weather has been superb for several weeks in a row and even the back pond is now cleaned out and ready for water. Anyone know when the water is due? More update details here.
